Task3 :The Right To Die
Hello everyone!
Welcome to my blog! Today I'm going to touch upon a such topic as death.As for me ,not the best topic for discussion. And it has its reasons. Many people associate death with grief,loss of loved people. No wonder,death is presented as the grim reaper in black cloak.
But some people treat death very differently. For example,Gunther von Hagens. Probably,you know him. He is the inventor of plastination (the method of embalming and preservation of anatomical preparations,consisting in the replacement of water and lipids in biological tissues with synthetic polymers and resins). In other words,after plastination a body stops rotting and retains it's shape. Thing that is not easy to watch,exept doctors ,maybe. And for those who are interested to see such things ,Gunther von Hagens has founded "Body Museum"("Body Worlds Exebition") It is not difficult to guess what kind of exhibits are there. Due to this Gunther became known as "Dr Death".
Moreover,Gunther von Hagens is so devoted to his work that he bequcathed to his wife to place his body in this very Museum after his death! Need to say, it's an really unusual request. His wife was shocked but ,finally, agreed to fulfill her husband's request.

I think, plastination can be used in the field that this man use as he is an artist, and artists are supposed to provoke people to emotions. He does it in a great way. However, I don't really want to visit this museum because I'm not interested in this kind of art.
