Graffiti in modern life : a real art  or   manifestation of vandalism  ?

Modern art has a lot of different forms. One of the them is called graffiti. Graffiti is often regarded as a new form of art, worthy to become a part of the culture of the 20th-21st centuries, however, it is also regarded as a vandalism. So let’s consider the arguments for and against of graffiti .
On the one hand , the graffiti ,if it is drawn by talented artists correctly, has an aesthetic function. Some graffiti improve the urban space . For example ,in most of countries graffiti is a way to bright up gray, nondescript buildings. Usually such buildings become popular very soon ,they are like a city sight. Moreover , bright paintings have a great influence on human emotions. Sometimes one look at the picture is enough to change the mood of a person for the better. Isn’t it great? But that's not all .Some graffiti are not just a bright picture, some of them effectively draws attention to social and political issues. For example, works of one of the most famous graffiti artists Banksy. In his pictures there are hidden problems of modern society like politics , wars, corruption and etc.
On the other hand , street art is often of poor quality. Sometimes it's happen because of the mediocrity of the creators, sometimes-because of the fast drawing technique (because such “artisrs”draw something illegally). Often such meaningless squiggles create a negative atmosphere. Squiggles and aggressive graphics on the walls - it's unpleasant for other people. So it is clear why people are against such graffiti. It is kind of vandalism because these pictures do not decorate the walls of buildings, but only disfigure them. Moreover, restoration of damaged objects requires a lot of money. In this regard, in several countries there were even special organizations to fight with the graffiti of criminal gangs.
In conclusion, I want to say that there are a lot of graffiti worth to be in our life. Such pictures can really be called a part of modern art. They do not harm. However ,as people say; ”not all the gold that glitters”. Almost all the arguments for on those occasions, when graffiti draw talented people and without breaking the law. Otherwise, graffiti becomes a manifestation of vandalism and in this case people are forced to fight with it, t0 seek a solution to this problem ,as it violates their right to a quite life.
