Еveryone needs a home. No wonder people say: east or west home is best. Unfortunately,in our time (WExp), despite the development of ART society and its life, some there a lot of homeless people. According to official data, today in Russia the number of homeless is about 4 million people, or 2.8% of the population of Russia.(Source?)
People become homeless not only because of someone's laziness or stupidity,_as many believe. In fact, there are a lot of other reasons why people become homeless. But this problem can and should be fought. Some schoolars say that, usualy it is not just one reason ,it is a combination of thigs it means that one reason leads to other and etc. So,the main reasons are unemployment ,personal or family crisis,lack of affordable housing and etc (you can learn more about reasons of being homeles on site:medium.com why-people-become-homeless. So ,let's see what can be done in order to secure the life of homeless people.
First of all,_(P) the activities of the system of state and municipal institutions to assist the homeless should be carried out in two directions: social support for the homeless and the return of homeless people to normal life. This can be done in several ways . In the city there should be a system for the provision of social hostels for the homeless and destitute citizens. The construction of social housing and social shelters also can help the homeless. Then, in some countries, including Russia, the media through social advertising convey to society about the problems of the homeless and how they can be helped.
These, of course, are not all ways to help the homeless . However ,these are the main proven methods that actually work.
