Studying at University
At the point I've been studying at the NSU for a bit more than 1,5 years. However, I remember well enough my first impression of being a freshman here, and I'm ready to express my opinion being a sophomore.
I entered he NSU at the age of 17. It was right away I'd graduated from school. To be honest, I didn't notice any significant differences from studying at school. I had almost the same number of classes, not all of them were really interesting. The volume of homework didn't increase, but the time I spent at public transport did. So, for me it was just like school, but bit distant from home.
The main difference from school that I've noticed was the period of exams and credit tests. At school I was calmer about all the tests and exams that I had, but here everyone was so nervous that I've become nervous too reluctantly.
Now, looking backwards I can say that my first impression was right. The university is just a school for children who think that they are adult. I'm not really sure wether my opinion is right or not, but now this is it.
express my opinion PREP being a sophomore
ReplyDeleteIt was right away I'd graduated from school: "AFTER" is missing
the time I spent ***at (PREP) public transport
it was just like school, but ART bit distant from home.
Word Order: period of exams and credit tests > you first pass the tests and then have exams
WTense: that I've become nervous too reluctantly > you are telling a story that was in the past
looking ***backwards: WW check the difference b/w the "looking back" and "backwards"
