Student Life
Entering the University is one of the most important parts of person's life. There are a lot of differencies not only in studies, but also in relation between a teacher and a student and I'd like to tell you some of them.
To be honest, entering the university did not seem stressful to me, because I immediately found friends there. It is very important to find close people in an unfamiliar place, they help to adapt and get used to a new place. But if speking about studying in general, it is significantly different from the school curriculum. At university you have to be responsible. For many people this is really difficult because they are used to the fact that at school teachers themselves control the learning process.
Freedom of choice is another difficult challenge for students. You have the right to attend lectures or not, but every student must understand the consequences. Careless attitude towards learning is definitely not the method that should be used here.
What surprised me most about university? Well, probably an organization system. I like that students are free in their actions, independent in decisions and can calmly express their point of view because the student is considered an adult.
So, if speaking about my personal attitudes and preferences, I like the education system more at the university. In the school I wanted to be more independent and at the university I received it.
