Today I'll talk about one of the main problem (WNum) in our society nowdays (Sp). Excess weight. This problem is actively discussed by the mass media. Probably there is not a single TV program in which this topic would not appear. (Gr: why "would not appear"? In this regard, experts annually conduct research and deduce the percentage of the population that suffer from this disease,as well as the reasons for it (WF) occurrence.
The article by Luisa Dillner, I've read here :(/what-best-diet-losing-weight ), LINK VERB dedicated to those people who can't lose weight. In her article she raises this problem and describes ways to solve this problem through different diets. The author invites ART readers to consider three of the most effective diets: Ketogenic diet, DASH diet and Mediterranean diet. Some diets are hard to believe. For example, Ketogenic diet increases fat intake and reduces carbohydrates. It seems quite wierd but according to the article, many Hollywood celebrities use this diet. However, despite its effectiveness, this diet is not suitable for people with liver or kidney problems. The Mediterranean diet and DASH diet are similar. Both full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, olive oil, fish, nuts, poultry, eggs, and cheese and yogurt. But DASH diet has the specific serving restrictions.
In conclusion I want to say(,) that excess weight is a problem that must (be) and can be solved. Excess weight not only hides your slim body, (P) but also is the cause of many diseases, such as heart attacks. And in many cases(,) diet helps to lose weight. But as for me, people shouldn’t rush into things and grab the first available diet . It is better to consult a specialist.
