A Summary- Alina Isaeva
Hello everyone!
I would like to share with
you the article ‘I’m a full-time cat sitter’ written by Matt Weatherall. It is
devoted to the amazing story of a man who looked after 30 cats and it helped
him save money on housing and cope with the fear of society.
The article states that one day a friend asked him
to keep an eye on his cat during his departure, and Matt agreed. He liked this idea
and started to do it seriously. He always loved cats, and thought that they
were ideal companions thanks to their balanced character. The result was an
interesting exchange; Matt lived free of charge in the homes of cat owners and economized
on housing, and cat owners received free sitting with cats. Taking care of the
cats Matt lived in a variety of amazing places and homes. Once he even celebrated
Christmas in Bali. Moreover, cat sitting
really helped him cope with his social anxiety. His mental health highly
improved. Cat sitting made him feel
comfortable and calm.
In conclusion, the author
of the article said that when he would have his own house and his own family,
he would have his own cat.
I really liked this
interesting story from the life of an ordinary person.

Hello Alina,
ReplyDeletethis is indeed a very unusual story, which you summarised well, following the required conventions.
Points to consider:
helped him TO save money on housing and cope with the fear of ART society.
the result was an interesting exchange; Matt lived free of charge: Punctuation > you used a semi-colon, while it is more appropriate to use a colon here because you explain the details of the agreement b/w Matt and the cat owners
