How are you? So, I’m fine and I believe you enjoyed the holidays!
Today I’d like to discuss such an important topic as happiness. I read the article in the Guardian that describes simple actions to become happier. Let's look at them: do things for others, connect with people, take care of your body, notice the world around you, keep learning, have goals to look forward to, find ways to bounce back, take a positive approach, be comfortable with who you are, be part of something bigger.
You know, I think these are the best tips on this topic that you can find. That is why I wanted to share this information with you. Also, I can't single out some particular three things that I have learned from reading about this issue because I think every step is very important. However, as for me, the most significant key is that you have to be a part of something bigger and be in society. You should communicate with people, find something in common and achieve your goals together. Often people forget about it, though, teamwork always brings the greatest results. Also, I want to learn how to properly respond to various stressful situations in my life. Personally, I do not want to be held hostage to circumstances. As written in the article, it is difficult, but it can be learned. And I will do it.
