A Summary of an Article Koshechkina Valeria

The UK's Poverty

In the article "UK's 'cruel and harmful policies' lack regard for child hunger, says NGO" written by Jill Mead is raised the topic of poverty.
Poverty is a condition that is very difficult to overcome and avoid. In British schools children are not provided with enough food, respectively, their academic performance is low. It is not a secret that a student who is always hungry is not able to study normally. We are all people and such needs for food, sleep, communication and so on affect us. But the other problem is connected with the UK's government. People have accessed the UK government of breaching its international duty to keep people from hunger by pursuing “cruel and harmful polices” (Sp)  with no regard for the impact on children living in poverty. The government doesn’t pay any attention to the internal problems of the country, affecting the standard of living of the population, welfare, prosperity and so on. Unfortunately, ART economy comes first.
Ultimatelty, what ART author is trying to convey is the government has to be more attentive to the people who live in their country. Poverty can be overcome if the government pays attention to it.

Lera,

summaries are written in a somewhat different way. They only must mention the main points of what you need to summarise. They shouldn't contain specific examples and details. In addition they are written in your own words w/o quoting the original.
